What We Do

The Friends of Strand Schools is the Parent Teacher Association of Strand Schools.

The role of the Association is to advance the education of pupils in the School in particular by

• Voice of Friends of the Schools
• Fund Raising for capital projects
• Provide social opportunities for anyone involved/interested in the school

Objectives for the Year

• To get as many Friends of the school involved as possible.
• To raise funds.
• To provide social events for parents and children. These are great opportunities to meet and get to know others.
• To improve the communication between the PTA, Governors, School staff and parents.
• To have fun and strengthen the spirit of the school.
